Data Processor (DP) Grade

Data Processor Grade staff handle data-entry from hard copy onto computer readable media.

Staff of the Data Processor Grade are mainly deployed to work in various government bureaux/departments. As at 31 Jul 2026, about 11% of the 37 Data Processor Grade staff are working in the Digital Policy Office, mainly handling data preparation services.
