Write descriptive link text to ensure the purpose of each link can be understood by the text alone, or by the link text and the context.
Before Rectification In this example, the link “>>” is ambiguous and screen reader will read as “link, arrow”, it does not really convey much meaning and will confuse visually impaired user. |
After Rectification Link labels should be more descriptive and self-explanatory as shown in the rectified version above. |
