Closing Date/Time: |
5:00 p.m. on 23 February 2026 (Monday) In case Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or “extreme conditions” announced by the Government is/are in force, for any duration between 12:00 noon and 5:00 p.m. on 23 February 2026 on the closing date, the closing time will be postponed to 5:00 p.m. on the first working day after the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 is lowered, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or the “extreme conditions” announced by the Government has/have ceased to be in force. All time references are Hong Kong time. |

The completed Proposal Form must be returned as follows: - It should come in two hardcopies and one softcopy on a CD-ROM/DVD-ROM, or other equivalent portable media and be submitted in a sealed envelope marked CONFIDENTIAL (Hong Kong ICT Awards 2026 and 2027) to the following address: |
