Strengthening Training on Core Digital Skills for Government Personnel

Starting from end-2024, the Digital Policy Office (DPO) and the Civil Service College regularly organise briefings, thematic seminars and training to strengthen the core skills of senior government personnel in using digital technology, covering related topics such as information technology, data management and cybersecurity.

In January 2025, the DPO signed a memorandum of understanding with the Hong Kong Institute of Information Technology (HKIIT) under the Vocational Training Council to promote professional training in information technology among the government and public organisations.
