2022 PA – Promote the Usage of iAM Smart and Facilitate Citizens’ Use of One-stop Electronic Government Services
Double the annual usage of iAM Smart (total transactions) from 5 million in 2021 to 10 million in 2023, and further to 17.5 million in 2025.
Drive all government departments to use iAM Smart to provide convenient and one‑stop electronic services to citizens by 2025.

The annual usage target in 2023 was met. The next target is to increase the usage of “iAM Smart” progressively from 10 million in 2023 to 17.5 million in 2025 to achieve a threefold increase as compared to 2021. |

As at 8 April 2025, “iAM Smart” has more than 3.3 million registrations, covering 1 144 services of government, public, private organisations and government e-forms.
