In the process, it may involve review of existing structure of an organisation, identification of the service quality or areas that should be maintained or improved, as well as taking a systematic approach in knowledge management.
We provide support and advice to government bureaux and departments with respect to the procurement of general management consultancy services. We also play the role of connecting the Government (users) and general management consulting firms (suppliers).
Government bureaux and departments can obtain the List of General Management Consulting Firms (GMC List) from the Central Cyber Government Office (the Government Intranet Portal) for reference when procuring general management consultancy services. The GMC List provides the name, contact information and service offerings of registered firms.
A firm meeting the relevant registration criteria can apply for registration to the GMC List by completing this application form.
